Welcome to Dynami - Strength, I help people assess their needs and goals, map out their program and coach them through it.
I qualified as an Exercise Specialist, Personal Fitness Trainer and Sports Conditioning Coach in South Africa.  I became a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified (HKC) Instructor and Original Strength Certified Professional under the mentorship of strength coach Dan John and movement and strength specialist Tim Anderson respectively. 
At Dynami Strength we supply a range of group classes, clinics, workshops and 1:1 training sessions that focus on better movement, increased strength and other goal specific attributes to improve your performance in life and sports.
People are often pressured by time constraints and overwhelmed by the amount of information out there.  I am not someone that gets caught up in unsustainable trends that promise quick-fix solutions.  I prefer a sensible approach to fitness and believe that quality coaching, reasonable and repeatable principle-based programs and habit-based nutrition will beat any fad workout or diet.
 
I like to simplify things, eliminate the noise that the fitness industry promotes and I focus in on the elements essential to my client's needs and goals.
 
With a forthright approach, I provide my clients a dedicated, professional and dependable path in managing their needs and goals.
