Hello and welcome!

 

I am Colin Dent, I qualified as an Exercise SpecialistPersonal Fitness Trainer and Sports Conditioning Coach in South Africa.  I am an Original Strength Pro Level 2 Coach and a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified (HKC) Instructor.

 

I help people assess their needs and goals, map out their programme and coach them through it. 

 

People are often pressured by time constraints and overwhelmed by the amount of information out there.  I am a big fan of keeping things as simple as they need to be and focusing in on the elements essential to helping my clients get to where they want to be.

 

With a forthright approach, I provide my clients with a dedicated, professional and dependable path in managing their needs and goals.

Hi, I am Ann, a nutrition and wellness coach.  

 

As a certified coach, I help individuals to find time in their schedule to develop mindful nutrition habits so that they can lose weight, feel healthy, increase energy and live their best life.

 

My role as your dedicated coach is to help simplify the changes that you want to make using a holistic approach.

 

Holistic health does not come from following a diet, taking a pill or enforcing strict rules and restrictions.  It comes from a deep respect and cooperation with your body and your mind, to nurture yourself in a way that supports living a healthy lifestyle and feeling empowered about your choices.

 

Whatever obstacles arise, I will help you overcome them by modifying your programme or work with you to find new solutions. In the end, know that I’m here to support you every step of the way, no matter what life throws at you.
