Kettlebell 101 Workshop
A 3 hour workshop that is an ideal entry point to start your kettlebell training whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete.
The Goblet Squat, Kettlebell Swing and the Turkish Get-up set the foundation to kettlebell training.
These 3 movements challenge and develop your strength, mobility, power, endurance, and flexibility.
The workshop will cover three fundamental exercises and more.
The goblet squat is a full body strength and muscle builder that loads this fundamental human movement pattern and is especially beneficial for hip stability and mobility.
A ballistic exercise that is known to develop power & explosiveness and endurance increasing athletic performance whether a distance runner or a full-contact athlete. It is also the go to exercise to burn fat.
The Get-up is a full-body movement that teaches the body to operate as a single unit while making you stronger, more stable and mobile. It also gets you up and down off the ground and is especially tremendous for shoulder stability and mobility.
With the three foundational exercises and the principles behind the HKC Hardstyle Kettlebell Training, you will develop:
