But for most of us, there comes a time when we realise things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on a new urgency.
For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others, it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realise they have spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves.

You will receive an invitation from me to join the programme and create your account.
Intake Questionnaire: You will start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, you will receive your short orientation content ready to start your personalised nutrition coaching programme.
Small yet powerful practices to improve everyday life
Nutrition practices and check-ins - with a new nutrition practice every two weeks, with supporting lessons and resources designed to help you get results. Along with nutrition, you will also be able to practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life: from sleep and stress-management to movement, deep health and mindfulness. These new practices will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day.
Personal coaching and detailed progress checking
I will check in with you to see how you are doing and to answer any questions you have. You can message me whenever you need. We keep track of measurements, to recording how you feel you managed your daily practice, online food journal (optional) so you can see just how much progress you have made.
